Frequently asked questions
Do I need a MetaTrader 5 account?
Only for one-tap execution: you connect your MT5 account from your portal, and every signal then comes with an Execute button. Without MT5 you still receive every signal in Telegram with all its levels, and you can place it by hand.
Which brokers work?
Any broker that gives you a MetaTrader 5 account: you connect with your account number, your trading password and your broker's server. Each order is placed with your own broker's symbol, and if your broker doesn't offer an instrument, nothing is sent and we tell you. MetaTrader 4 is not supported.
Can I choose which signals to execute?
Yes. Every signal comes with Execute and Ignore, and nothing is placed until you tap Execute. If you ignore it, nothing is sent.
Is my account safe?
Your trading password is never stored in our database: it goes straight to the service that keeps your MetaTrader 5 connection. We keep only the account number, the server and the connection's state. You can disconnect the account from your portal at any time, and if your plan stops including execution, we disconnect it for you.
What happens when I tap Execute?
A market order goes to your account, sized to your risk, with the signal's take profit and stop loss on it. The final price is the market's and your broker's. If the size can't be worked out, falls below the minimum lot, or the market is closed, nothing is sent and we tell you why.
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes, from Billing in your portal. Your subscription stops renewing and you keep access until the end of the period you already paid for, or of your trial.
